PROGRAM STRUCTURE OVERVIEW

Each program includes:

STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAM

Program: “Empowered Strength”

  • Goal: Build lean muscle, boost metabolism, increase functional strength.

  • Class Types: Group (max 10 participants), 1-on-1 (customized)

  • Duration: 6-week progressive program

  • Frequency: 3x/week (Mon/Wed/Fri)

  • Level: Beginner to Intermediate

  • Equipment: Dumbbells, resistance bands, bodyweight

Weekly Split (Sample)

  • Day 1: Full Body Strength + Core

  • Day 2: Lower Body Power + HIIT Finisher

  • Day 3: Upper Body + Mobility

Upbeat Dance Class

ZUMBA FITNESS

Program: “DanceFit Vibes”

  • Goal: Cardio endurance, coordination, weight management, fun

  • Class Types: Group classes only (min 5, max 25)

  • Duration: Ongoing / Drop-in or 4-week challenge

  • Frequency: 2x/week

  • Level: All levels welcome

  • Format: In-person + Online streaming

  • Equipment: None

  • Duration: 4-week guided program

  • Level: Beginner to Intermediate

  • Equipment: Optional (bodyweight, resistance bands, household items)

Weekly Breakdown

  • Day 1: HIIT (20 mins)

  • Day 2: Lower Body Burn (25 mins)

  • Day 3: Core + Cardio (20 mins)

  • Day 4: Stretch + Recover (15 mins)

1-on-1 Option: Includes progress tracking, nutrition tips, custom schedule.

Yoga Pose

YOGA & MINDFULNESS

Program: “SoulStretch Yoga”

  • Goal: Flexibility, stress relief, emotional well-being

  • Class Types: Group (gentle flow, power, restorative), 1-on-1 (healing/trauma-informed)

  • Duration: 6-week journey or drop-in

  • Frequency: 2-5x/week options

  • Level: All levels

  • Format: In-studio & Zoom

  • Equipment: Mat, blocks, strap (optional)
